Many kinds of protection functions including water shortage, over-temperature, over-pressure and motor overload which make operation safety and reliable.

Safety feature:

Over-pressure protection: Safety relief valve will open to release pressure to ensure pressure within a certain safety range when the pressure is over the safety pressure value.
Over-heating protection of heating tube: Protection instrument will deliver signal to controller so that system closes the major heating tube automatically and enters into protection processing program if the temperature of heating tube exceeds the setting-value during any working stages.
Protection of water shortage: Protection instrument will deliver signal to controller so that system closes the major heating tube and enters protection processing program if the water level in main body reduce to below safety level during working stage.
Protection of water injection: Motor protection instrument will deliver signal to controller so that the system enters protection processing program if it detects faults such as motor’s overheating
