2D Gel Electrophoresis AC-IEF&2D
Two Dimensional electrophoresis system is a combination of isoelectric focusing electrophoresis and
SDS-PAGE.The 1st direction is isoelectric focusing electrophoresis (according to pl separation) and the 2nd is SDS-PAGE.After dyeing to the gel electrophoresis map ,we can get a two-dimensional distribution protein atlas.
Features:
- Does not require special high current electroscopes power supply, a normal one can meet the demand of the experiment
- The 1st D and 2nd D are separated, either can be used as an independent electroscopes tank
- Can keep a cool environment with pouring in cooling water
- The gel casting is easy and simple with a special gel casting stand
- Auto-switch-off when the lid is moved,safe to operate.
