This series of pulsating vacuum sterilizers use saturated steam as the sterilization medium. The saturated steam releases a large amount of latent heat when condensing, so that the items to be sterilized are in a state of high temperature and humidity.

After  a period of heat preservation, sterilization is achieved.

The purpose is to eliminate the influence of cold air on temperature by means of pulsating vacuum exhaust, vacuum dehumidification combined with jacket drying and sterilization.

It is suitable for high-temperature sterilization and cooling and drying of biological products, medical equipment, sterile clothing, tools, utensils, culture medium and other items in the pharmaceutical, medical, scientific research and other industries.

Equipment Structure and Characteristics:

• Sterilizer body :

Horizontal rectangular double-layer structure, the inner tank uses special steel .

The door sealing method is pneumatically sealed, and the double door interlock fully meets the                                  requirements of the specification.

The device has a standard GMP authentication interface.

• Sterilizer pipeline system: The pipeline design industry is preferentially configured, and the main accessories of high-quality brands.
• Sterilizer control system: Siemens PLC + Siemens touch screen is used to easily realize a series of functions such as program selection, parameter setting, equipment operation, report processing, etc., and complete equipment safety measures. The F0 value and the temperature and time double ensure the sterilization effect, and can also be controlled by a single parameter, with a complete sterilization file record.
